Your order will be shipped within 2 working days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and UK bank holidays.

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days. Once shipped delivery should be within 3-4 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 1-2 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey through the Royal Mail website.

We want you to love your purchase from Discoveraya, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.
Our Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return for unwanted products. This period begins the day after you receive your order.
- Log into your customer account on our website.
- Navigate to your past orders and click “Request Return” for the applicable order.
- Select the items you want to return, choose a reason, and submit your request.
- Unwanted items must be unused, in their original packaging (including the instruction booklet and cable) and include a valid order reference.
- We will then review it and provide you with return instructions.
- If a return is required, you may be given a prepaid shipping label or asked to arrange your own return, depending on the situation.
- Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the customer's responsibility.
- Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue the refund.

AYA massagers take 60 minutes to fully charge and the motor run time at full charge is 60 minutes. The light will flash while the massager is charging and turn solid when fully charged. Do not use or clean the product while charging.

Wash before first use and after every use with warm water only. Do not use alcohol based cleaning solutions on the massager as it can cause damage to the soft silicone material.
