AYA ROCK Massager

I really like this product. I’ve incorporated the AYA ROCK massager into breathwork at the end of my yoga sessions and found it to be a supportive tool for relaxation. I particularly love the shape and feel of the rock — it fits neatly into my hand and has a lovely calming texture.
Also, I recently used it on a long-haul flight, where it helped me slow down, unwind, and feel more settled during the journey. Highly recommended.

A work colleague introduced me to this brand, saying it helped with her whiplash while working at her desk. I thought I’d give the Rock a try for my foot injury, and I’m glad I did as it’s made such a difference compared to massaging my foot myself every evening.

I’ve just bought the Star as a Christmas gift for a friend who suffers from RSI in his mouse hand, and I’m hoping it will ease his discomfort 🤞

What a fantastic massager. Wonderfully tactile to hold and use, strangly addictive to play with. Small size belies the strength of its vibrations. Might buy one of the other shapes too!

Having worked out my Rocks two distinct modes I have used the 2 lower levels vibration for easing muscle fatigue post a run and workout. I was surprised of the effectiveness, particularly before going to bed. It's very easy to handle and manipulate into smaller areas because is perfectly sized. Feels wonderful against the skin.
I also use the pink breathing mode to compliment my breathing exercises which in the past I have struggled to concentrate on but with my Rock I'm focused and I quickly now relax into my meditation. I love this thing ❤️

I'm really enjoying my rock massager, its a much more heightened experience with the vanilla, sandalwood and patchouli balm. I love how versatile it is with the different modes and I can't put it down! I would highly recommend for aches and pains, as well as reducing anxiety and allowing you to focus the mind and relax.

It’s super velvety smooth and fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. I’ve used it in various ways - as a mini massager on aches / pains, as a stress relief tool (twirling it in my palm without vibrations) and even to calm anxiety on a flight! There’s a variety of vibration patterns - I prefer the lower setting myself. Apparently there’s a pattern to support breathwork but I’ve yet to try this. It comes with a silky drawstring bag, cable and the packaging reminds me of luxury face creams! It would also make a great gift especially for anyone with an interest in wellness and self care.
