Shipping Coverage
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. International shipping is coming soon. If you're located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact our customer service team and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Please note that our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Standard Shipping – Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked
Cost: £3.00 (FREE on orders over £35)
Estimated Delivery: 3-4 working days from dispatch
Tracking: Full tracking provided via email
Express Shipping – Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked
Cost: £6.00
Estimated Delivery: 1-2 working days from dispatch
Tracking: Full tracking provided via email

Delivery Information
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey through the Royal Mail website.
Delivery Attempts
Royal Mail will attempt delivery to your specified address. If you're not available, they will typically attempt redelivery, leave your package with a neighbour (if authorised), or leave a card with collection instructions for your local sorting office. Packages not collected within 18 days will be returned to us.
Delivery Addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses throughout the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver to PO Box addresses. For BFPO addresses, please contact us for special arrangements.
Signature Requirements
Most orders do not require a signature upon delivery unless specifically requested. For high-value orders over £100, we may require a signature for security purposes.
