Refund policy

At Discover AYA, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our updated returns process makes it simple to send items back.


Your Right to Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for unwanted products. This period begins the day after you receive your order.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Log into your customer account on our website.
  • Navigate to your past orders and click “Request Return” for the applicable order.
  • Select the items you want to return, choose a reason, and submit your request.
  • We will then review it and provide you with return instructions.
  • If a return is required, you may be given a prepaid shipping label or asked to arrange your own return, depending on the situation.
  • Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue the refund.

Return Conditions & Exceptions

  • Unwanted items must be unused, in their original packaging (including the instruction booklet and cable) and include a valid order reference.
  • Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the customer's responsibility.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
  • Contact us immediately.
  • Provide photos of the issue if possible.
  • Return postage will be covered for faulty or incorrect items.

Processing & Refunds 

  • We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receiving them.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days for funds to clear.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a faulty or incorrect item was received.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable but do not expire.

Special Cases, Bundles & Offers

Sets & Bundles

  • Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned complete. Individual pieces cannot be returned separately unless faulty.

Promotional Gifts & Offers

  • If your return reduces the order total below the threshold for a free gift, the entire order (including the gift) must be returned.
  • Free gifts cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
  • If a free gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.
