A Moment of Peace

I recently won the AYA Rock gift set in a competition, and I’m genuinely thrilled that I entered. The presentation alone was impressive — everything arrived beautifully packaged, with the AYA Rock massager, aromatherapy balm, satin sleep mask, and travel bag all individually wrapped and thoughtfully arranged.
But the real magic started when I tried the Rock.
As someone navigating perimenopause and menopause, I was curious whether it could ease some of the anxiety and tension that come with this stage of life. The Rock is small, smooth, and incredibly tactile. Holding it in my palm while using the rhythmic settings and simple breathwork, I felt my body unwind. Within minutes, the anxious tightness I often carry began to melt away, leaving me calm and grounded.
Using the Rock alongside the balm and sleep mask took the experience even further. The balm smells wonderful, absorbs easily, and a little goes a long way. The satin sleep mask is beautifully made — even the elastic is covered in satin, so it’s gentle on your hair and feels luxuriously soft against your skin.
